    ideal location
    fun activities
    central attraction
    inconvenient room service

Had an awesome getaway with friends! The location is perfect near Union Station and attractions like the mini golf and St Louis Wheel. Just keep in mind parking can be a bit tricky, so plan accordingly.

One downside was the lack of room service, which made getting snacks a bit inconvenient.

    koi pond
    clean room
    unique decor
    worn facilities

Unique charm but needs some TLC

This place is really cool, showing off its train station roots. The Koi pond outback is beautiful! My room was neat and tidy, but the heating wasn't great and struggled to get warm enough. The decor in some areas looked a bit worn, and the shower leaked. The dining bar had some nice options, though.

I enjoyed the experience of watching the light show in the Grand Hall. The ambiance was a memorable aspect of my stay. The historic features of the building were captivating and made for an interesting evening.

    architectural charm
    hourly light show
    confusing layout

The hotel's architecture captures a unique blend of historical charm and modernity, with the Grand Hall being a standout feature. Don't miss the spectacular hourly light show that adds a magical vibe to the evenings.

Navigating the property can be a challenge due to its confusing layout, especially with hidden elevators and a lack of signage. My room felt neglected, with dust on surfaces and a rusting tub that didn't meet expectations for the price. Also, if you're looking for food after 9 PM, good luck—that can really put a damper on your night.

We really loved the awesome indoor light show and enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast during our stay! The hotel had a cool pool area to relax in and a great outdoor space for winding down. Just a heads-up, parking can be a bit of a trek if you don't use valet, so plan accordingly. 🌟
