Unique charm but needs some TLC
This place is really cool, showing off its train station roots. The Koi pond outback is beautiful! My room was neat and tidy, but the heating wasn't great and struggled to get warm enough. The decor in some areas looked a bit worn, and the shower leaked. The dining bar had some nice options, though.

The hotel's architecture captures a unique blend of historical charm and modernity, with the Grand Hall being a standout feature. Don't miss the spectacular hourly light show that adds a magical vibe to the evenings.
Navigating the property can be a challenge due to its confusing layout, especially with hidden elevators and a lack of signage. My room felt neglected, with dust on surfaces and a rusting tub that didn't meet expectations for the price. Also, if you're looking for food after 9 PM, good luck—that can really put a damper on your night.
