Unique charm but needs some TLC
This place is really cool, showing off its train station roots. The Koi pond outback is beautiful! My room was neat and tidy, but the heating wasn't great and struggled to get warm enough. The decor in some areas looked a bit worn, and the shower leaked. The dining bar had some nice options, though.

historic architecture, light show, entertainment village
The lack of organization during check-in could use improvement!!! It's frustrating when amenities like weights and bikes in the fitness center are not maintained!!! The atmosphere can feel off when large events close major areas!!!

The historic charm is palpable with beautiful architecture and friendly staff making the stay memorable. Enjoying a quiet breakfast before a busy day at the nearby attractions was a highlight, especially with fantastic dining options like Landry's on-site. However, the check-in process could be smoother, as there was a slight delay, and the cleaning crew started knocking early, affecting the rest period before checkout.

missingWrote a review on Jul 22architectural charmhourly light showconfusing layout
The hotel's architecture captures a unique blend of historical charm and modernity, with the Grand Hall being a standout feature. Don't miss the spectacular hourly light show that adds a magical vibe to the evenings.
Navigating the property can be a challenge due to its confusing layout, especially with hidden elevators and a lack of signage. My room felt neglected, with dust on surfaces and a rusting tub that didn't meet expectations for the price. Also, if you're looking for food after 9 PM, good luck—that can really put a damper on your night.
